Hello there and welcome!
I'm Breffnie and I'm a licenced property buying agent practicing in Dublin, Ireland. I work on behalf of my clients to find properties to buy or to rent in Dublin.

You're living abroad, possibly in a different time zone, and finding it difficult to coordinate the purchase or rental of a property in Ireland.

My work as a Buyer's Agent has been made much easier by the great experience I've had as an estate agent on the selling side working for DNG, a leading Irish Estate Agency.
I'm a graduate of the Institute of Technology Tallaght (winning the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers Prize for Leadership) and a prize winning (Sheehy Skeffington Prize in French) graduate of Trinity College Dublin. I'm also external examiner on the newly launched National Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship programme.
