Full Buying Service

My mission is to find you a property within three months of being appointed as your property finding agent. . 

The feedback I get from clients is that they appreciate the clear thinking, market knowledge and energy that I bring to the process of buying a property and that they also like having a time frame of three months for the process. It helps keep everyone focussed and maintains momentum.  

I ask for a non refundable briefing fee of €750.00 & VAT* @ 23%

Then, once you are sale agreed on a property, a further fee becomes payable as follows. This fee is linked to the value of the property you are buying.

For properties up to  €500,000 my fee is €3,500 & VAT* @ 23%

For properties between €500,001 and €1,000,000. my fee is €7,500 & VAT* @ 23%

For properties over €1000,0000 my fee is €10,000 & VAT* @ 23%

Finding you a home to rent

If you wish me to find you a property to rent, I charge a non refundable briefing fee of €750.00 & VAT* @ 23% plus 100% of the monthly rent of that property as my fee plus VAT* @ 23%

Property Advice and Direction

This is a one hour session, either in person or via a  Zoom online meeting room. During this session I help you get clear on your property related questions,  and identify clear steps to achieving your desired outcome in the shortest time frame.  My fee for a one hour session is €145.00 & VAT* @ 23%

*VAT What is this?

VAT stands for Value Added Tax which is a tax that the government requires Estate Agents to collect on the government’s behalf. This tax goes directly to the government. None of it goes to the estate agent.
